What the article doesn’t say is that this is an area where plagiarism really does pay off. Most market researchers working in agencies have a good library of tried and trusted questionnaires from which they cut and paste questions. It is well worth while starting a collection of questionnaires that you come across (let’s face it, there are enough of them) which will give ideas for questions, layouts and even things to avoid. Has anyone any hot tips for how they go about questionnaire design?
